Ran out of credits?
Buying credits isn't open yet, and the packs on the Credits page are draft prices. Nothing is charged and there are no subscriptions.
A render failed
Failed or cancelled renders are refunded to your allowance automatically. Tapping again with the same settings reuses the job instead of charging twice.
Where's my music video?
Open Music video. Your saved videos are listed there, and a video still rendering picks up again when you return. Save video puts the version with sound in your Downloads.
